1. Returns & Refunds
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- We offer either a refund, replacement, or store credit, based on your preference.
2. Return Process
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Contact our support via email at returns@digitalmarkethub360.com or via your account dashboard.
- We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping.
- Ship the product to our returns address (to be provided) at your expense, unless we specify otherwise.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of receipt and approval or rejection.
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (original or return) are non‑refundable unless due to our error.
4. Exchanges / Replacements
If you request a replacement and the item is in stock, we will ship it once we receive the returned item. If not, we may offer credit or refund instead.
5. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned.
- Items that show signs of misuse, damage from the customer, or missing parts will be rejected.
